Bringing your puppy home!

* Please let us know the name of your puppy if you choose a new name for him or her. 

			NEW PUPPY SUPPLY LIST

- Vet appointment scheduled for within the first 7 days

- Wire/Metal Crate (small or medium size should work)

- Pet Bed that fits crate

- Car Seat (helps with car naseau)

- Pee Pads to help with potty training

- Food - We feed a few different types of food. 

	- Royal Canin Small Puppy food

	- Purina Pro Plan Lamb & Rice Puppy Food

	* Food in starter kit will get you by for at least 4 days 

	so you can wait to get the food if you desire until after pickup

- Shampoo

- Greyhound comb (Long skinny firm comb, prevents matting of coat)

-Slicker Brush (Looks like a wire brush, keeps hair smooth and soft)

- Collar or Harness (Small size)

- Leash (retractable or 6 feet or so)

- Non-tippable dog bowls (one food, one water)

- Healthy Treats of some kind

-Toenail clipper if you plan to clip them yourselves (Groomer can do this)

- Chew toys (you will be able to pick one out from our place when you are here)

- Towels for baths

We are 5 houses west of Freedom Gas Station on the South side of the road. 

Pull up the Concrete Driveway, and park in the gravel lot.  Google ABC Doggy.

Day of Pickup

1. Confirm final payment instructions & amounts

2. Bring a friend, some paper towels, crates are optional if you aren't traveling alone

3. Your puppy will not need fed on the way home if less than 4 hours.  Most likely won't need water either.

    if it is too warm then maybe stop.  If you do stop, give puppy time to breathe outside and offer water

4. Your puppy may get nervous on the way home.  First sign is drool on lower chin, and if a hiccup or gagging sound 

    occurs, then be prepared for vomiting.  Whisk the mess away without allowing the puppy to reingest.

5. We never rush you off, and feel free to hang out for a bit before heading home, but please never feel obligated.
